Dinuba junior Isaac Leppke won the 110-meter hurdles in 14.55, 300 hurdles in 40.44 and cleared 6-4 to win the high jump, leading the Emperors to the boys team title at the CIF Central Section Sierra-Sequoia Area Championships at Exeter High.
